At RealtyHive.site, all our solutions are tailored, handcrafted, and customized to meet the specific needs of each real estate professional. As such, we follow a fair but firm refund policy to ensure clarity and trust from both sides.

1. Custom Project-Based Services

All web design and development projects are custom in nature. Once a project has been started and work has commenced, refunds are not issued for hours already worked or deliverables already provided.

2. Initial Deposits

To begin a project, a non-refundable deposit is required. This covers time invested in planning, consultations, research, and initial design work.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances once the project begins.

3. Client-Requested Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after it has begun:

• No refund will be issued for the work already completed.
• Any unpaid work done up to that point must still be compensated.

4. Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive or uncooperative beyond 21 days without notice, the project will be considered abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the remaining balance (if any) may still be billed.

5. Template & Digital Product Sales (If added in future)

All sales of downloadable or pre-built templates, add-ons, or other digital products are final and non-refundable.
